Natalie’s tailor-made one to one sessions are unerringly focused and her attention to detail is spot on, but she also makes our work together fun and challenging. She is patient, inspiring, and practicing yoga with her will hook you for life!

Natalie is an accredited member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals and trained in Forrest Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra meditation with world-renowned teachers Ana Forrest and James Reeves. With over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience, her sessions are designed to gift her students with skills they can use to heal themselves both on and off the mat. Born with the spinal condition Scoliosis, she is an expert at working with and modifying sessions for injuries or pain.

Having learnt to open and strengthen her own body through yoga and stabilise her curvature, as well as increase her body confidence and overcome addictions, she loves helping her students do the same and experience the magic and peace of mind that only yoga and meditation can bring to someone’s life.

Natalie currently works as a volunteer yoga & mindfulness teacher with mental health community outreach projects in the UK and teaches privately. She is also a personal ambassador of the Mindful Self Compassion practice under the teaching of Kathryn Lovewell of the Kind Mind Academy.

Private sessions are 90 minutes for a new client and 60 minutes for regular clients.
